Pros
Hourly, meaning that they can't work you to death as they do when you're salaried. Your job changes by the minute. The work can be fast paced and the day goes quickly. Fun understanding people who all know that it can be hard to learn everything in such a diverse environment. They give you encouragement that help a lot when things seem overwhelming.
Cons
There is a LOT to learn from the shipping side of things to the production and printing side.
