      Pros

      Job security no matter where you go. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Pay structure could be better. Don’t always get pay raises like supposed to. Have to milk it out for it to even be worth advancing. No set schedule and long days often due to understaffing of employees or call outs. Everyone within the company sounding the same or robotic because of pressure of upselling and introducing “selling tools” or a script. Also graded by mystery shoppers to assure people are following said script. Getting paid high school wage when an adult.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
