Pros

Some jobs can be fun or interesting, like cutting business cards, hole drilling, making signs and very light graphic design.

Cons

Most of everything has gone to outsourcing jobs to bigger centers with the job concentrating on more customer service, which no one really wants to do. It's a lot of showing customers how to press the green button to print etc. Overall the company has gone very corporate and kind of like the unwanted stepchild of Fedex. You won't get the same benefits, pay, perks, union or hardly anything as working for Fedex proper. High employee turnover and you won't move up unless one of the office managers ever decides to retire or move, which won't happen and they'll always choose someone from their clique to move up, you're out of luck if you're not part of the inner circle. Severely understaffed, always high stress, and you are expected to cover many roles not in your job description.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and supportive team environment. Gained strong customer service and communication skills while helping with printing, shipping, and handling different types of orders.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement since you often have to wait for someone to leave before moving up.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
