      Pros

      - Nice, hardworking coworkers - Great discount on shipping - Pay is competitive compared to other retail jobs - Tons of hours, if you're into that - Easy to apply to other jobs within the company

      Cons

      - Micromanaging is the reason I quit. My manager would sternly talk down to me about EVERYTHING, from tiny things like asking "How can I help you?" instead of "What brings you in?" - Your achievements will never be acknowledged. - Work/life balance is nonexistent. Expect to be asked if you want to stay an extra four hours every day. - Every center is extremely understaffed. - Customers here are the worst. Overall, I couldn't imagine working at a Kinko's my whole life. This is the most boring and monotonous retail job.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
