      I came from the FedEx express side, making $14, that was a max pay for the same title on the kinkos/ Office Side, which means in 6 Years I only got a $1 raise. REALLY, $1 increase in 6 years. You will get abused by the customers, And those customers who u do have a great relationship with, they don't care about their business. POM is Slavery, it made me feel so undervalued as a Human. It was really a blessing to be Fired, I'm ashamed to say what for,lol, we in court now. Ashamed for Them. God be the Glory,

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
