      Pros

      It is never boring. Now, when I say this, I mean that everyday you are working on a different project as well as with different customers.

      Cons

      Most FedEx offices are very busy so it is hard to train. It also can get very overwhelming with everything you need to learn straight away to do the most basic orders or to consult properly with the customer.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
