      Pros

      - benefits - training now online not as good as going to class when they were kinkos. - work schedule (they try to work with you). - upward mobility (Do it!) - Staff (When you actually have people who are hard working and willing to work with you plus there is a network of locations across the United States you can call upon to assist you in getting a project completed!)

      Cons

      - Sadly lazy Co Workers. - Shady managers - Always something changing weekly sometimes every few days with shipping. Realize as you move up you have a target on you're back!

      Friendly coworkers and supportive team environment. Gained strong customer service and communication skills while helping with printing, shipping, and handling different types of orders.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for advancement since you often have to wait for someone to leave before moving up.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
