Pros
Benefits overall are great. Large corporate environment means overall stability, room to move professionally within the organization. Good managers offer GREAT support, training. If you like a fast paced job, this one will give you the adrenelin buzz you desire. You can come in and learn the print business quickly. Most of the time, employees are truly appreciated.
Cons
Things are ALWAYS changing. As in, far greater changes, and with far greater speed than one normally expects. Management always has a 'flavor of the day', can be an extremely stressful environment. Turnover can be high if you have a bad manager. Fast pace can be extremely stressful, and WAY TOO MANY MEASUREMENT METRICS.
