      Fedex has awesome benefits, that is the one thing I will miss about this job.

      Cons

      Fedex Office has a lot of tenured employees from the Kinkos days that are resistant to change and will make your job very hard. The corp. office does not support management at all and as an assistant manager, forget it! Constantly working short handed, on your feel all day, fedex is great if you can find a good manager but if they aren't willing to put in the work ask for a transfer ASAP!

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
