-Bi-weekly pay -Tuition Assistance on day 1

Cons

- DOES NOT pay you your salary while on military leave of 23 days. - DOES NOT back you up and operates as a favorites-only facility. - Demonstrates racism and discrimination while attempting to hide it. - Hires young supervisors to work the living soul out of you but will not apply the exact expectations to other supervisors. - No internal promotions happen even if they preach it all day. Your concerns will not be addressed; instead, they will find a way to turn it on you. - They don’t take care of the hourly employees. They’ll have food parties for the supervisors but won’t share with the hourly employees who make it happen. The Operations Managers talk behind everyone’s back and greatly accommodate those supervisors they favor over the others. I promise you that you can be the best working supervisor, and they will still make you feel like you’re not worth a pebble of dirt.

Pros

Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

Cons

Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
