      The only reason to take this job is money.

      Cons

      There's no heat in the winter or AC in the summer. We were told that's the reason we're paid so well is to put up with it. Fine. But then you add on the failure in "leadership" at this company. I'll sum it up for you: they either have an ego that is twice their size, or hate the company as much as you do. Any complaints are met with, "if you don't like it, you're welcome to leave".

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
