      Paid training for people with no experience, possibility of career growth, good benifits, friendly and caring management

      Cons

      Lots of people come and go, if you can deal with lots of new trainees and have patients it’s a great job. Some nights do not have lots of work so will be sent home early.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
