      Pros

      Good Pay and usually decent coworkers.

      Cons

      Expects everyone to be a robot. Constantly preaches about work/life balance but never honors it (forced overtime). Management doesn't care for their employees, they fake it but really just care about themselves and the bottom line. If there is a manager that does care, they run em out.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
