Pros
The Center Manager was great. Managers can make or break a Center Small Center so everyone knows everyone and helps each other The runs were short at first but there was plenty of volume and need to bump drivers up to longer runs regularly Most runs are on decent highways, not too much through mountains. Avoid them if you want, take them if you like them.
Cons
The bottom of the board runs are short with a lot of dock time. Okay if you like the dock, Not okay if you hate working the dock.
