      Good hourly pay, good benefits, 401k match, some opportunity for advancement but limited to supervisors and drivers.

      Cons

      Constantly micromanaged, and rarely heard when making suggestions. Management is constantly making changes to operations along with new rules.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
