Pros
They are a very big company and i felt that i didn't have to worry about them closing. Consistent work. People in the office and out in the field were very nice. They always keep their equipment in good condition.
Cons
They would move me from from shift to shift and it was very hard to have any kind of family life.Hardly recruited from within the company. A lot of good employees would get passed up for promotions and would leave the company. Finally the amount of hours people work is too much for them and their is no family time for many people at all except for management.
