      Starting hourly wage was above normal for location Allowed to work autonomously Great health, dental, vision, and savings benefits Good management/leadership

      Work on open dock, exposed to the outside elements (extremly cold in winter/hot in summer) no a.c. or heating in facility

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
