Whew, where to start... Hostile work environment, EXCESSIVE FAVORITISM (in their words "inconsistencies"), continuous communication errors, controlling managers on power trips, privacy violations, everyone's personal record is openly accessible to other employees for discussion. HIPPA violations, Inconsistent hours. You're either working less than twenty or over fifty and it is at their discretion. Instead of giving current employees their full 40 hours in busy times they prefer to hire 50 part timers and distribute hours according to favoritism. Their whole "diversity" theme is a joke. The only way to get ahead is to have a beer or bump with the management team, or wear your sleaziest wardrobe for their pleasure. Its all about who you know and how well you... you know in the HGR location.
