      Pay is good.. Easy job assignments

      Management!!!!play favorites. Unprofessional with communicating with dockworkers. Seem to promote the ones who are butt kissers. And the center manager will tell the supervisors not to trust you. Hard work is not appreciated but the slackers are. They say their a diverse company but only promote the ones that do nothing but talk or cant push freight. Dont believe me, apply at HGR and you will find out because they will hire anyone

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
