Pros
Coworkers are very nice and it is a laid back environment. The pay is great, especially for someone without a degree. The hours are perfect for anyone attending school or has obligations during the day.
Cons
For the most part they only offer part-time and your hours fluctuate substantially between 18-27 hours. Very limited room to advance, especially if you are not related to anyone or haven't worked there for 10+ years. Management does not seem to care too much about their employees and their success, as well as overworked/under-manned HR department making it EXTREMELY hard to get situations handled.
