      Pros

      Great management, good benefits and 401k plan. They match dollar for dollar on retirement. I regret leaving the company. I would definitely go back.

      Cons

      The work hours are a little unusual for dock workers, typically 4~5pm - 9~10pm for outbound workers and ~4-10am for inbound.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
