Pros

I can’t think of any reasons to work here besides it’s easy.

Cons

Horrible pay for the strain and stress put on your body. I’ve seen a female co-worker get constantly harassed for seven straight months and I did report the person involved but nothing changed the management actually would make me leave the area and pair the person harassing this woman together. Just because he is buddy buddy with managers. So just be warned if you are female this is how they operate. Completely incompetent managers back tracking on everything they say Sunday optional now mandatory, only working 3 hours turns to 6-7 hours now they saying they might include Saturday as well ain’t no job worth working 7 days a week. They treat employees like garbage because of high turnover just mass hire people and burn them out I got three injuries and the manager made me work after I said my arm was hurting he actually got mad that I even said so. Just don’t work here seriously it is not worth it. Half the scanners don’t work and never get fixed. It’s 100 degrees inside the trailers

Pros

Easy to apply, fast to get hired (no interview process) and the pay

Cons

Very rude management, lack of care for safety, no drinkable water (all filters are in the red and have been since I started) They have cameras everywhere and are constantly watching you but say you can’t bring your own phone in because “people steal them”? There is junk everywhere. Lots of trash everywhere (employees drinks and food). They want you to work and eat on the line instead of giving you breaks to do so. They get upset when you use the bathroom or fill your water bottle even if you’ve been working for 3 hours straight but if you clock in at an area 2 min walking distance from your work area you’re “stealing time” I’ve noticed people of color get treated differently. The HR department has some of the most prejudice employees so there’s no real equality if you have conflict with someone. I’ve never been, but it feels like a prison to go in and out of the building and lastly you don’t work a consistent schedule. You leave when they say you can.
