Pros

They gave health, dental, vision benefits as a part timer and the pay was ok

Cons

The management was terrible. They required people to be available 24/7 all year round . The money wasn't bad however, we are part timers. They overwork people in peak doing anywhere from 10-12 hours 6 days a week. As soon as peak season ended, the hours shrank to less than 2 hours a day 5 days a week. This made it hard to survive as a part timer and they refused to work with other schedules (work or school) due to their "moonlighting" policy. Every other week we'd have new hires because they can't keep good workers putting stress on older workers having to deal with poorly trained new hires all the time. There was little to no air conditioning in 110+ degree weather. The schedules would flux between 8am start times to 5pm start times, sometimes even 10pm start times. There is no stability. A lot of stress vs the very little reward. They began forcing us into other shifts because they were losing so many people across the building. They change schedules constantly without warning against the times we signed up for. Job is decent for students if you can manage the chaotic scheduling.

Pros

Great flexibility with scheduling, which makes it incredibly easy to balance with school or other external commitments. The team environment is supportive, and the management generally respects your availability

Cons

The physical workload can be quite demanding and tiring, especially during peak seasons. Depending on the shift, communication across different teams can sometimes feel a bit unorganized.

Pros

Easy to apply, fast to get hired (no interview process) and the pay

Cons

Very rude management, lack of care for safety, no drinkable water (all filters are in the red and have been since I started) They have cameras everywhere and are constantly watching you but say you can’t bring your own phone in because “people steal them”? There is junk everywhere. Lots of trash everywhere (employees drinks and food). They want you to work and eat on the line instead of giving you breaks to do so. They get upset when you use the bathroom or fill your water bottle even if you’ve been working for 3 hours straight but if you clock in at an area 2 min walking distance from your work area you’re “stealing time” I’ve noticed people of color get treated differently. The HR department has some of the most prejudice employees so there’s no real equality if you have conflict with someone. I’ve never been, but it feels like a prison to go in and out of the building and lastly you don’t work a consistent schedule. You leave when they say you can.
