Pros

Great Insurance and Benefits Paid Time Off that can be used whenever you want. Every 20 hours worked, your credited one PTO. Every 30 days, you are allowed to be Late or call out 3 times.

Cons

Absolutely horrible for your body. Managers preach that your safety is most important but that's the biggest lie. They tell you to use good form and posture to lift but is impossible when they send thousands of packages to you at fast rates. Your also "suppose" to team life with anything over 50 pounds but most the time everyone is to busy to stop and help you. Managers will constantly lie to you about how many packages there are to sort everyday. People don't work together and that's the biggest issue. If you bust your butt everyday, don't expect to be recognized or rewarded. It only means they're gonna throw more at you. Managers for the most part are lazy. They work hard when they have to, or when people from corporate are there. It's an absolute slave driving company ran by lazy people who were promoted too soon. The company doesn't put any of its billions of dollars back into they're employees. They only add more security which makes you fell disrespected

Pros

Easy to apply, fast to get hired (no interview process) and the pay

Cons

Very rude management, lack of care for safety, no drinkable water (all filters are in the red and have been since I started) They have cameras everywhere and are constantly watching you but say you can’t bring your own phone in because “people steal them”? There is junk everywhere. Lots of trash everywhere (employees drinks and food). They want you to work and eat on the line instead of giving you breaks to do so. They get upset when you use the bathroom or fill your water bottle even if you’ve been working for 3 hours straight but if you clock in at an area 2 min walking distance from your work area you’re “stealing time” I’ve noticed people of color get treated differently. The HR department has some of the most prejudice employees so there’s no real equality if you have conflict with someone. I’ve never been, but it feels like a prison to go in and out of the building and lastly you don’t work a consistent schedule. You leave when they say you can.
