Pros

- Offering the best compensation - It's Fully remote (sometimes we gather in real life too!) 🌍 - 27 days off per year (Feazer is closed on the 25th of December and 1st of January) + 3 Sick days off / Year - There is a bonus performance, which I feel appreciated πŸ’œ - Get a chance to work on diverse projects & client - Honing my professional mindset - Management is willing to support you with skill development *compensating for design courses - Collaborative team

Cons

- Personal: Sometimes you feel alone because it's 100% Remote work, and people here focus and work hard on their work, there's limited time to have "fun-casual time" - No application support (Adobe applications) and Device support - Compensate OT as a day off. (eg. 8hr OT = 1 day off additional) - Sometimes I encountered occasional long overtime hours - You are not allowed to show your work in personal portfolios - Sometimes I faced language barriers - It's a startup guys, sometimes there are chaotic situations, so be prepared βš” - Sometimes, when Management jumps into the project, there will be a lot of head-taking decisions - Sometimes, there is a time that Management questions our "creativity"

Pros

Best compensation. You can also work from anywhere

Cons

I experienced long working hours with no sympathy from the upper management and also you will get poor benefit for overtime. You will get time exchange but IF it’s approved by the management. I got several feedback which not to the point with a yelling, and sometimes F word. Sometimes the policies deadline from the management suddenly changed. The upper management cluttered. We are always trapped in situation when everyday is a top priority. Another review in glasdoor from the former staff was also valid

Pros

- It's been a really great experience! I genuinely enjoy working with my project manager: they're professional, supportive, understand the client's and we can discuss / plan effectively for each project to deliver optimally. They understand both client & designer, which creates a good working experience. - I read a previous review regarding issues with onboarding. I can provide testimony that the company has improved, during my onboarding HR and management shared in detail everything about the company, team structure, and work process: which was very helpful. You are also provided a doc that includes proper methodology that you can reference any time. You also sync and shadow the other team members, to see their process and ask any questions. Sure there is some getting used to in the beginning, but they are understanding and you quickly pick it up as you grow familiar with the workflow. - The working process is streamlined and very organized, you learn a lot on how to be effective and structured (from the method of naming files, preparing completed source files, and organizing drive folders). - Good compensation, salary on time + reimbursement for Adobe. - Coworkers are great, and lovely to collaborate with. - You get to work on a variety of different projects for wildly different clients, PM also provides feedback on how to improve and better communicate the brief through design, this incentivizes you to develop and grow as a designer, and as a visual problem solver. - Overall I enjoy the work, I don't feel any dread or uneasiness when the workday begins. If anything, I look forward to it. It's been a genuinely positive experience! I recommend!

Cons

- (Preface: I think this is understandable) Since the company is not local, they don't adhere to the local holidays, which means you have to really plan ahead in advance for your time off. The challenge is that leave approvals are limited by headcount for non recognizable company holidays, and because many colleagues share the same local holidays, it’s often down to who submits their request first.
