Everyone from management to co-workers are all locked in on the collective goal in mind and that is to help contribute to the success of the company. This company is a perfect example of teamwork paying off.
Cons
It was very hard to determine a con if you are a good fit for the culture. If you do not have the professional maturity to know when to work and when to play, the culture can become a distraction.
