Pros
The work culture is excellent about allowing everyone to have a say & share ideas, perspectives, and contribute to the companies products & goals. They are very understanding & flexible about PTO, sick days, child care, you name it. The people are incredible & extremely sharp individuals that are both great at their jobs & also fantastic people in their communities. Work hard, play hard. People here get work done and take pride in the work they do. They iterate fast, listen to customer needs, and do expansive research into the market. But also the colleagues here are not absorbed or defined by their work, they have families & interests/passions outside of work and do a good job demonstrating a healthy work/life balance. The company is diverse! They value & hire people from all backgrounds and experiences and value what all sorts of people bring to the table with their unique experiences & skills. I have continued to learn so much here about what it takes to build from the ground up and entire company, and learned a plethora of valuable information to advance my professional career. I cant speak highly enough about working here, it is fun.
Cons
The product is technical so working through all of our departments during a global pandemic has provided challenges to meet with teams & people, but that is not really something that the company itself is at fault for.
