      Pros

      - Amazingly supportive management - Incredible teammates - Good pay - Alright Benefits - Real four day work week (not 4x10)

      Cons

      - no 401k - not a lot of PTO for the industry (although 4 day work week makes up for that) - YMMV depending on your department... I have friends at the company who are struggling - Not a lot of experience-- a lot of decisions are made without considering consequences-- the company seems to like to learn "the hard way".

      Pros

      Currently the only positive thing about working at Feathr is that we are still remote.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive. They are slashing benefits and company initiatives that made us unique and made working at Feathr special. The culture is dying. There was a large push to brand ourselves as a non-profit tool, but we've already started focusing on associations again. The leadership is listless and the company is likely to be sold off to the first interested buyer or dissolved.
