Currently the only positive thing about working at Feathr is that we are still remote.
Cons
The pay is not competitive. They are slashing benefits and company initiatives that made us unique and made working at Feathr special. The culture is dying. There was a large push to brand ourselves as a non-profit tool, but we've already started focusing on associations again. The leadership is listless and the company is likely to be sold off to the first interested buyer or dissolved.
