Lack of good leaders (most of the higher level employees are started their career in the same company, they don't even know how to run a good software company) 5. No Vision (Ask any higher level employee/management they have no clue!) 6. Salaries are paid on 7th of each month 7. No other perks (not even a coffee) 8. You will not find any smart people, especially in management ( literally no one) 9. Poor management
