Pros

The people here are genuinely great to work with and contribute to a positive day-to-day experience. While opportunities for team-building are restricted, there are occasional activities like food drives and department competitions that are required by the company. If your department fails to participate, you can expect to hear it from HR and Isaac.

Cons

The company has strict attendance and scheduling policies for non-leadership roles, including a fixed schedule with no work-from-home option, despite some job postings mentioning hybrid work. Breaks are limited to two 10-minute sessions, and employees must take a 30 minute to an hour lunch within the set 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. window. In contrast, management has more flexibility, often arriving as early as 9;30 A.M, working remotely as they please, and not adhering to the same lunch restrictions. This disparity in flexibility and autonomy contributes to the low morale, high turnover and make it feel like different standards are applied based on role which is often someone in the company's neighbor, lawn guy, pool guy or personal trainer.

Pros

Work life balance and management that is understanding. In my two years working at FCE I didn’t feel overwhelmed and think the work is manageable. I never worried about work outside the office. Charlie Is the best director I’ve ever had and the management team as well as supervisors were always available to help!

Cons

Work may seem daunting at first but the more you do it the easier it gets
