Pros
They offered decent medical, dental, and vision benefits for the year of 2023. Dress code leans towards the casual side of business casual.
Cons
Seems to be a lot of turnover. Policies and procedures are outdated and the company does not foster a sense of employee empowerment due to the prevailing micromanagement from upper level managers. General feeling I felt as an employee was to keep my head down, stay quiet, and blindly follow whatever the manager tells you to do.
