Pros
There isn't much that I can think of as a pro. You did get 50% off food, you got paid gas money for catering deliveries ... That's about it.
Cons
This place was horrible. It is the only fast food chain I've ever worked for, so I don't know if this is normal, but there were plenty of roaches and mice in the building. I even had to escort a homeless man who urinated on himself several times. The franchise owners were awful people who had the mentality of cheerleaders, they would smile to your face and then stab you in the back when you turned around. I was talked into training a drug addict for a management position from the franchise owners ... Turned out I trained that person for my position and then was demoted and transferred to another location.
