Faxon Machining has been a great place to work. Everyone has been kind, helpful, and wants me to succeed. The support and training I’ve received has helped me to grow and understand my new career in Human Resources and receptionist work. I plan to continue exceeding in my goals at Faxon Machining.

Well let's start here: Faxon Machining entry level machinists start at an hourly rate that has increased by 20%. - LIE. • The average wage of our machinists has increased by 25%. - LIE. • The entire non-management staff participate in a Faxon Labor Achievement Plan, referred to as the FLAG Program. This program provides a quarterly bonus opportunity. Since the FLAG Program started 6 of 7 periods have experienced payouts. - LIE (Bonuses are dramatically cut for any and every reason management can think of) • We have increased our shift differential to recognize team members willing to work 2nd and 3rd shift hours. -Yes, increased the $ for the shifts that consistently screw up, wreck machines, make bad parts, or don't do a thing all shift.....good job. • We have placed our employee referral bonus payout to be better than a majority of our competitors. • We have established an annual Family Day where we provide a day fun for our families, recognize employees’ extraordinary efforts, and provide an opportunity where families can see where the employees work each day. - The only family day they recognized office employees that didn't do a dang thing while the REAL workers got no recognition whatsoever. Nothing new. The result of these implemented actions has been a 20% decline in the Faxon Machining turnover rate and a 65% increase in employee satisfaction. - BLANTENT LIE. Faxon just stop with the ridiculous lies. Stop posting fake 5 star reviews. You just keep making yourselves look pathetic. The floor workers know the truth. More and more employees are looking to go elsewhere due to the ignorance that comes out of the office. From your investors, to your high up managers, down to your low level office and supervisor......flat out horrible. The worst part, is YOU know it. It's almost like Faxon has become a democratic toilet bowl where they actually believe the lies they try to feed everyone. Thank God I got far away from this place. This place is nothing but a toxic cesspool being ran by clowns.
