      Pros

      the engineering team, albeit small was a passionate one. Weekly stand ups and retrospective sessions led to a very personal communication system between the engineers. We were encouraged to voice out opinions on out system and take ownership. Very promising startup

      Not a very well established structure to the company, but this can be forgiven knowing that they are only over a year old startup

Btw, we totally agree with you - Our Product and Engineering Team are a really close knit and they always have each others backs.
