Don’t do it - Excel VBA Developer Favcy Employee Review

- Mission of the company still not aligned with what they do (or did when I was there) - I’ve witnessed a few scam instances not just with clients but with employees as well. They’ll promise to convert you to a full time employee after three months but don’t do that and you fall into a vicious cycle of probation period extension. - Less focus on hard work and quality services, and more focus on meeting revenue targets. - Not a good environment for a fresher especially since the culture is toxic, and they delayed almost all of my salary payments unapologetically.
