Pros
Easy work in some areas, overtime readily available, investment being made in the facility. Not sure about the white floors in a facility that makes black plastic.
Cons
You've had the building for three years. You think maybe it shouldn't rain on your showcase, white-floored meeting area? Work distribution is horrid. Some lines forced into 7 days, others can't even get 40 hours.
