Pros
Good salary has procedures for everything but no training so people end tired trying to use systems at their best understanding.
Cons
Not good etic practices at SLP plant. Mainly at HR, but as it is allowed some managers harrass ladies, HR may fire people without good reason or not following laws and internal procedures.
