-Very accommodating to my school schedule -Flexible hours based on school - fluctuate between 25-30 during semesters of university and full time with over time Opportunities during the summer -work on projects for large OEM’s -allowed to participate in high level meetings, great practice for learning how to present -lots of fun activities, allowed to go to auburn hills to participate
