Really patient in the beginning, will let you learn from your mistakes. Given responsibilities that challenge you to grow your skills. Nice team with friendly vibe and positive outlook.
Cons
A lot of process slows me down in my work. Plant not in city center (obviously). No Czech classes so difficult to communicate with some colleagues.
