Pros
General team atmosphere was fantastic. All employees tended to get on on the shop floor. New equipment that was reasonably well maintained.
Cons
Huge gap between the shop floor and office staff. Almost felt like you were another breed. In general it was quite poorly organised and issues were always caused by someone else. Accountability just wasn't a thing.
