Good for experience but not long term as it seems like they are closing the plant - Injection Molding Process Technician Faurecia Employee Review

The pay is not competitive at all with the rest of the industry. Management communication is basically non existent leading to reduction in customers and lots of machinery leaving. It seems they are trying to actively close the place down which gives everyone in the building bad vibes and creates a hostile work environment.
