seems to be management is a lot of the problems at a lot of the plants. The pay isn't the greatest, I am sure its because they have to pay so many upper people the big bucks. They cut heads from production because the numbers go down but they have all the same amount in pc&l and logistics. So operators has to do more work and not get anymore money for it. After all the time and all the crazy hours we put in for this company, they didn't try very hard to get us any new business, so we don't have a job after this contract with GM is done in 2019. I guess we didn't get a chance to see how great Faurecia is. We were always told that Lansing didn't make any money, so we didn't get to do all the cool things the other plants got to do. They had to bring in the union , because the management (supervisors) didn't treat people very fair. So I guess we lose all the way around.
