      Pros

      Faurecia Automotives has many advancement opportunities. The culture is family orientate and warm. This has been my second home for over a decade now and I still enjoy my job as if I started yesterday.

      Cons

      The flow of information could improve. The Faurecia TV and newsletters are great but because of the size of our company, we need to think of restructuring our information flow.
