Most of the workers are OUTSTANDING! They are going through same crap so very understanding! They can always lend a hand.
Cons
Everything! Machines break down never parts in stockroom to fix. ALWAYS running out of parts! Feast or famine! No parts to work or parts finally come in and you're already a month behind so you're working ALL the time.
