      Pros

      Great place to be a developer. Very well run by the co-founders, lots of very talented people working on a well coded system. Management gives developers a lot of freedom to decide on the best way to get their job done. Very little office politics. Flexible working conditions.

      Cons

      Not many females in the company, though I did not witness any sexism and the few women that did work there seemed happy.
