      Pros

      - Fully remote - Growing _exceptionally_ fast - Scales very efficiently - Smart and dynamic team - Customers _love_ our product - I can't recommend working here enough!

      Cons

      - We're a startup, so processes, procedures, etc... are new, nonexistent, or in flux regularly. I don't believe this is a major negative, it's just part of being a company at this stage.

      Pros

      I love how Fathom users genuinely get excited to talk about how much they love the product. Definitely a testament to our world class team! The people that work here are great and the CEO is thoughtful and motivated to grow with intention, not just to satisfy outside influences like investors or VCs.

      Cons

      Higher volume sales, lower ticket item. Can be a pro and a con.

      Pros

      High performing team. Lots of people to learn from. Team chemistry is very good with people excited to help each other out. High level of agency given to individual contributors to manage their work in their own way.

      Cons

      Still scaling up, so you'll need to be prepared to help build out processes & lead your own work.
