      FatCats cares about it's people. They foster a fun environment. Lots of room for growth. Collaboration is encouraged.

      Cons

      Growth of the company has people wearing a few hats and that gets a bit messy sometimes.

      Pros

      Really great job with an amazing kitchen team. Everyone there was super supportive and everyone looks out for each other. Best kitchen and workplace I've ever been at and I still look fondly on my former teammates.

      Cons

      Everytime I would ask for time off I would get judged on which wasnt too good.
