      1. A lot of great people to work with! Dedicated and very hardworking. 2. Senior Personnel are great mentors like a Mr 'R' and a Mr 'A'. A Mr 'D' has also provided great advice over the years! 3. Management supports professional development 4. Work never gets boring (i.e. varied workload)

      1. Sometimes pay can be delayed. 2. Workload can sometimes be heavy.

      Pros

      Overall walked in fresh and had very little knowledge about stocks or shares. But under roger it was an amazing journey to learn from scratch. And be good at what you do with the knowledge

      Salary very minimum, management structure very dodgy
