Worked with a lot of great people, there is a lot of talent in this business. Decent pay, bonus schemes could be fairer.
Cons
Last minute sales and increasing workload last minute without extra payroll, managers are often expected to work longer hours and then agree with area managers when they may take their time back. No overtime pay.
